Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Looking for a developer with good knowledge across all tech stack (front and backend technologies).

Will work more on front end to start but need strong backend also.

• Expects that if they are asked to build a feature in a system they would be able to own the whole thing.
• If they are building out the UI screen they need to know the backend side as well and how it links.
• Build wireframes w/UI (React) and use AI to assist
• **Need AI tool experience** Devin, Co-Pilot, and Co-Pilot Agent. If they have experience prompting Co-Pilot Agent and built agents, they go to the top of the candidate list!
