Software Engineer Graduate (Global CRM) - 2027 Start

Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRMCustomer Relationship ManagementPlatform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on cackend development of TikTok s proprietary CRM platform.
• Turn TikTok s proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry.
• Understand users personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions.
• Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions. Minimum Qualifications:
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor s or Mster s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data components including Spark, OLAP engines and Flink is a plus, but not required.
• Professional experience with Java is preferred.
• Professional experience with Spring Boot and/or other Microservice frameworks is preferred.
• Professional experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres etc) is preferred.
