Software Engineer Graduate (Quality and Efficiency Technology) - 2027 Start

Ads Quality and Efficiency Technology focuses on end-to-end quality assurance and technology-driven efficiency enhancement across the entire ads ecosystem, including Ad Manager, Delivery System, Review System, Conversion Measurement, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate substantively in test development initiatives for commercial monetization products.
• Conduct business-oriented testing across Web and server-side products.
• Track, analyze, and document issues identified during testing; oversee the bug resolution lifecycle by proactively collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
• Execute integration testing and system testing, along with automation and performance testing as required.
• Drive and monitor the implementation of end-to-end project workflows, assess project risks, facilitate issue resolution, and safeguard overall product quality. Minimum Qualification(s):
• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Solid programming skills, proficient in Python/Golang/Java/C/C++.
• Genuine passion for software testing, with strong attention to detail, diligence, and patience.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to rapidly grasp engineering and product nuances.
• Prior experience in large-scale system test development is preferred; familiarity with computational advertising or relevant test development experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for learning AI technologies and the ability to approach problem-solving with an AI-driven mindset.
