Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities.

• Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software containing logical and mathematical solutions to business or mission problems.

• Applies appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.

• Applies knowledge of computer hardware, software, and information processing techniques to develop software.

• Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, and compiles documentation of program development.

• Analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

• Ensures software standards are met.

• Develops software using Oracle APEX Interactive Reports.

• Applies Oracle software development best practices and optimization.

• Uses Agile software methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience with Oracle APEX Interactive Reports (minimum 2+ years hands-on).

• Experience with applying Oracle software development best practices and optimization (minimum 2+ years hands-on).

• Agile software methodologies and tools (minimum 2+ years hands-on).

• Experience with project documentation.

• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c.

• Preferred: Experience with PL/SQL including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes.

• Preferred: Experience with JavaScript.
