Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• 1+ year relevant software testing/engineering experience
• Experience with manual software testing
• Ability to understand requirements and acceptance criteria and define appropriate test coverage
• Experience creating verification & validation (V&V) documentation
• Ability to execute test protocols manually and collect/document objective test evidence
• Experience developing test scenarios, test cases, and/or test automation
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Must be able to work onsite in Lafayette, CO

Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements and acceptance criteria with Lead Engineers/Feature Owners
• Define test coverage for new and existing features
• Create V&V/test documentation according to software development procedures
• Execute manual test protocols
• Collect, organize, and document test evidence
• Manage test scope, scenarios, and deliverables
• Support test automation
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, functional reviews, and technical discussions
• Collaborate with Engineering and program stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle
