  • Leverage AI developer tools and LLM-assisted workflows to accelerate development, testing, and debugging

  • Build and integrate APIs, microservices, and orchestration pipelines for end-to-end ML lifecycle management

  • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to understand modeling workflows and improve developer experience

  • Write clean, maintainable Python code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production readiness

  • Participate in building next-generation solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in Python development, with strong knowledge of data and ML libraries (e.g., pandas, PySpark, scikit-learn, PyArrow)

  • Experience with MLOps tooling (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience applying LLMs, generative AI, agentic frameworks, or Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices in day-to-day software development.

  • Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, or similar AI coding assistants).Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines and working with large-scale datasets

  • Experience with SQL and strong understanding of data modeling, transformations, and data quality

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and distributed data processing systems

  • Familiarity with software engineering fundamentals (OOP, data structures, testing, version control)

  • Exposure to machine learning workflows and model lifecycle management

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of deliverables

Bonus

  • Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or test/spec-first development approaches

  • Experience building data pipelines with Spark, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools

  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

  • Understanding of model validation, monitoring, and production reliability practices

  • Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
