Title: Software Engineer III – Full Stack Location: Denver, CO Duration: 06+ Months Contract Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour on W2
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications supporting the Fulfillment organization.
Build scalable and maintainable backend services and APIs using Python.
Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and services.
Design and implement efficient data access and business logic.
Collaborate with QA engineers to develop testable, reliable, and high-quality software.
Partner with DevOps and Cloud Operations to support application deployment, monitoring, scalability, and reliability in AWS.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to engineering standards, and best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and other engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them with a high degree of independence.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers when appropriate.
Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and development practices that can improve the team's effectiveness.
