About this position: Software Engineer III                    Location - Remote

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define voice interface requirements and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
  • Lead testing efforts for voice-enabled features, including performance validation, and user acceptance testing.
  • Apply configuration and change management best practices to support iterative development and deployment cycles.
  • Support incident resolution and continuous improvement of voice control capabilities in secure environments.

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 10+ years in communications systems engineering, cybersecurity, and secure network integration.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

  • Strong background in Integration of advanced military-grade radios
  • Experience with Technical documentation, troubleshooting, and client training
  • Managed full project lifecycles including planning, deployment, and support
  • Highly adaptable and mission-focused with global deployment experience.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with system administration, encryption protocols, and secure radio operations.
  • Experience with Engineering design, cost estimation, and technical scheduling
  • Ability to Train personnel on secure communications equipment and protocols.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.

  • Office Setting:Regular use of computers, teleconferencing systems, and standard office equipment. Requires prolonged periods of sitting, reviewing technical documentation, and participating in planning sessions.
  • Field Environments (Morocco):May involve exposure to outdoor conditions, extended standing or walking, and interaction with deployed systems and equipment. Requires physical mobility to access command centers, and operational sites.
  • Travel Requirements: Domestic and international travel are expected. Must be able to adapt to varying climates, time zones, and operational tempos.

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
