Software Engineer Intern (Global CRM) - 2027 Summer

Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRMCustomer Relationship ManagementPlatform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of TikTok.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and developing applications related to TikTok's monetization capital business, which includes advertising billing, fund account management, fund marketing, fund settlement, and budget control.
• Contribute to resolving stability challenges encountered by the platform, including high concurrency, system scalability, and disaster recovery.
• Continuously optimize the system so that it can evolve rapidly with business needs and support business development. Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
• Possessing a strong coding and documentation style.
• Familiar with common components such as MySQL, Redis, Flink, ElasticSearch, Kafka, and RPC.
• Hands-on experience in software development, particularly with Java.
• Good at communication, sensitive to business, able to quickly understand the business background, and have an excellent ability to integrate technology and business.
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data components including Spark, OLAP engines and Flink is a plus, but not required.
