Software Engineer IV (C#/.NET/Harness)
Remote- CST/EST Hrs.
5-month contract
Pay Rate: $75.00 - $84.00per hr.

Our client is seeking a Software Engineer IV to support vulnerability remediation and large-scale application migration initiatives. This engineer will work closely with an established development team and will be responsible for significant hands-on development, migration, and modernization work.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on software development using C#/.NET.
• Support vulnerability remediation and application modernization efforts.
• Perform heavy application migration and source-control migration activities.
• Work with GitHub and migrate applications from one source-control platform to another.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, with specific experience using Harness.
• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) and related DevOps practices.
• Support API development and integration activities.
• Create clear technical documentation and maintain accurate documentation within Jira.
• Document development work, requirements, testing, and resolution details.
• Participate in daily standups and Agile development activities.
• Collaborate with other C# developers and senior team members.

Required Skills

• Strong professional experience developing with C#/.NET.
• Experience with Harness 
• Experience with GitHub.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience migrating applications and/or source control from one platform to another.
• Experience developing and working with CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Harness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and detailed Jira updates.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• MuleSoft / API development experience.
• Experience with Voltage SDK.
• Additional DevOps, cloud, deployment, or application modernization experience.
