Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills,adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Software Engineer (Java or Python)

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $60-63/hr depending on years of experience

What's the Job?

  • Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
  • Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
  • Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop tailored software solutions.
  • Implement system software and customize it to meet client requirements, ensuring high quality standards.
  • Create detailed software specifications, test plans, and perform unit testing of developed programs.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in software development and troubleshooting.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Experience with large systems software design and development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python, with experience in AWS and Git.
