Job Description

We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack software engineering, CI/CD, automated testing, and solution architecture and a proven ability to design, deliver, and maintain complex, compliant, and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and unit test code to meet acceptance criteria and compliance requirements.
• Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity.
• Mentor engineers and coach teams on CI/CD practices and automation toolchains.
• Refine stories, define requirements, and estimate work across the delivery lifecycle.
• Perform spikes or proofs of concept to mitigate risk and validate new ideas.
• Automate manual release activities to improve delivery efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated integration, regression, and performance test suites.
• Deliver complex features and enable technology improvements that increase development efficiency.
• Provide technical thought leadership across multiple software implementations and competencies.
• Own end-to-end solution design and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer with experience across frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency with Python, Ansible, Java, and Bash scripting.
• Deep understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Knowledge of application development methodologies and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency executing CI/CD pipelines with automated software testing.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Remedy, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience mentoring teams and scaling CI/CD and test automation practices.
• Background delivering solutions in enterprise environments with compliance requirements.
