Collaborates with business stakeholders, systems analysts, and architects to deliver secure, scalable, and high performance software solutions that meet organizational and regulatory requirements, including support of Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) application systems.Responsibilities:Develop, write, test, debug, document, and maintain complex client/server, web-based, and mobile applications using C# (.NET), Blazor, SQL, and related technologies. Design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end web applications using HTML5, CSS, C# .NET Blazor, SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle, and SQL Server. Perform system analysis and investigation of problem areas, including root cause analysis and implementation of permanent solutions. Prepare and install software solutions by defining system specifications, standards, and programming approaches. Conduct research and analysis to design specialized programs and routines that supplement and enhance application functionality. Collaborate closely with systems analysts, architects, and business users to gather, validate, and refine functional and technical requirements. Participate in Agile SDLC activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, demonstrations, and retrospectives. Deliver in person application design and change demonstrations to obtain customer feedback and approval. Provide ongoing application support by diagnosing issues, implementing fixes, and ensuring systems remain current and stable. Develop and maintain mobile applications using Visual Studio 2022, .NET Core 9.0, and DevExpress tools. Implement secure payment acceptance functionality within mobile applications to support seamless user transactions. Recommend and contribute to process improvements for application development and maintenance.
