Software Engineer

Overview

SCCI is currently seeking a Navy Training System Scenario Developer that will provide support to the Surface Combat Systems Training Center (SCSTC) in the development of training scenarios for use aboard shipboard systems. This position is available for immediate hire and located in Dahlgren, VA.

Responsibilities:

Develop multi-threat, multi-war force scenarios in Advanced Training Domain (ATD), AEGIS Combat Training System (ACTS), and Battle Force Tactical Training (BFTT) for use aboard shipboard systems.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance
• Four (4) years of combat system shipboard experience on board AEGIS or SSDS platforms. At least two (2) deployments as a Combat Information Center (CIC) watch stander onboard AEGIS or SSDS platforms
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have attention to detail, care about the quality of work, and drive for results
• Must have organization, task tracking, and follow up skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Three (3) years of experience utilizing multi-threat, multi-war force scenarios in ATD, ACTS, and BFTT
