Job Title: Backed Developer Lead - Java/c#

Responsibilities

Implement, modify, and maintain authentication policies and customized components to support customer and employee authentication.
Develop and optimize backend systems using compiled languages such as Java or C#.
Ensure effective API integration and understanding for seamless system communication.
Participate in front-end UI/UX development as a beneficial skill to enhance end-user experience.
Work within domains such as banking or identity access management, handling domain-specific requirements.
Maintain security best practices across application development, including application and security protection measures.

Requirements

Back-end development experience with compiled languages such as Java or C#.
Understanding of APIs and their integration.
Exposure to application security and protective measures.
Java/Linux background; experience with OCP containers preferred over Windows.
High School Degree and bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
5 years’ experience working on enterprise-level systems.
Certifications showing scaled agile training are a plus.
Self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with a geographically distributed team across multiple time zones and work remotely.
