ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Back-end developer - they've used some sort of compiled code, whether it's C# or Java or otherwise.
" Understands API's
" Front end UI UX development as a benefit or a plus.
" Domains whether it's banking or some sort of identity access management
" This person will be responsible for implementing, modifying and maintaining authentication policy and customized components in support of customer and employee authentication.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
" Back end development (Compiled code; Java C#, etc.)
" Understanding of API's
" Exposure to having to protect applications within application and security
" Java/Linux background OCP containers (preferred over a windows background)
FLEX SKILLS:
" Front end UI UX development
" Banking domain or some sort of identity and access management are preferred.
" Agile experience a plus
SOFT SKILLS:
" Self-motivated, Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
" Comfortable engaging across team heavily distributed across time zones and physical locations as well as a remote staff. They need to be comfortable to cross the digital barrier to reach out to either request or receive support from others.
EDUCATION:
" High School Degree and bachelor's degree in computer science/relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
" 5 years' experience working on enterprise level systems
" Plus certifications showing scaled agile training
