Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead (TL) to understand ongoing migration and transformation initiatives.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist in documenting migration processes and establishing best practices.
- Help transition legacy release pipelines to new RPCFG configurations.
- Support JDK migration efforts to ensure seamless transitions with minimal downtime.
- Conduct testing and validation to confirm successful migrations.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, DevOps, and Software Development.
- Provide weekly status updates, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and document key findings to strengthen team capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience developing AI/BI dashboards using Databricks.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark for data engineering tasks.
- Knowledge of data pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and enhance AI/BI dashboards on the Databricks platform.
- Design and implement data visualization solutions to support BI reporting.
- Perform data engineering tasks, including creating, maintaining, and optimizing pipelines.
- Improve existing ETL processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide documentation and lead knowledge transfer sessions for deployed solutions.
- Deliver weekly status reports and create clear SOPs and documentation for implemented dashboards.
