Design, develop, and support automation tools, web applications, APIs, AI Agents, and add-ins across AEC platforms, including Revit, Excel, ACC, Plant3D, Copilot.
Collaborate with product owners and stake holders to gather requirements, provide estimates, and propose technical solutions.
Build and maintain full-stack applications using technologies such as #, Python, ASP.NET Power Platform, Copilot Studio
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code while participating in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers to improve code quality and maintainability.
Apply modern development best practices including testing, CI/CD, DevOps automation, and version control.
Present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Identify opportunities to improve engineering workflows, scalability, and system performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of professional software development.
Experience with:
C#, Python, VBA and object-oriented programming
Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, and NoSQL databases
Excel development tools (VBA, VSTO, Power Query, Office Scripts)
AEC platforms such as REVIT, AutoCad, Pland3D, or ACC
Automated testing and DevOps practices
Experience in the AEC industry or related technical environments
Knowledge of Microsoft’s development technologies including ASP.NET, Azure, Power Platform, Azure AD
Experience Dynamo, Grasshopper, Power Automate and other visual scripting tools
Familiar with Fabric, Power Query, Power BI, Pandas, Spark
Experience with modern full-stack web-development frameworks and design patterns.
Experience developing AI copilots, generative design tools, or modern full-stack applications
