Title: Software Engineer Location: Rhode island (Remote) Long Term Contract
Overview
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations, cloud data solutions, and HR technology platforms. This role focuses on Oracle HCM/ORC integrations, API development, cloud migrations, data engineering, and production support across a complex application ecosystem. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI Publisher reports supporting Oracle HCM/ORC and connected systems.
Lead HR data transformation and cloud migration initiatives involving AWS, Snowflake, and S3.
Support Oracle quarterly releases, including impact analysis, testing, deployments, and production cutovers.
Build data applications and reporting solutions using Python, Streamlit, and Snowflake.
Manage Oracle Recruiting Cloud integrations, vendor connectivity, messaging platforms, and job distribution feeds.
Oversee certificates, encryption keys, client secrets, and integration security controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving integrations, APIs, data quality, and reporting.
Partner with business, data, and offshore teams to deliver enhancements and modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of software engineering, middleware, or integration development experience.
3+ years of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
