Summary:
Design and implement scalable full stack platforms supporting advanced analytics and AI-driven development.
Build and maintain responsive user interfaces and dashboards using React, Next.js, and Shadcn UI.
Develop and publish REST APIs and backend services for internal and third-party integrations.
Ensure data integrity, security, archival, backup, and disaster recovery across platform environments.
Create and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and code quality.
Support deployments across cloud-based and air-gapped environments.
Integrate third-party services including:
Email/SMS notifications
Learning management systems (SCORM, xAPI, CMI5)
Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Document APIs, data models, and deployment processes.
Leverage AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Claude, generative coding assistants) to accelerate development, testing, and architectural validation.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain security clearance (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
6+ years of experience delivering full stack software solutions on complex, data-intensive programs.
Strong experience with:
React / Next.js
Node.js
FastAPI
REST APIs
Relational databases & messaging services
GitLab (repos, merge requests, CI/CD pipelines)
Strong understanding of:
Software design patterns
Automated testing
Continuous integration
Code quality best practices
Experience designing responsive dashboards and user interfaces.
Ability to work onsite/telework hybrid (<50% remote) in Orlando, FL.
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Advanced DevOps tools experience (Ansible, Nexus, GitLab Runner, Harbor).
Experience with:
Apache Superset / Trino
Kubernetes
Cloud and air-gapped deployments
PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting
Email/SMS integrations
Learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, CMI5)
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and generative coding
