Summary:
Design, develop, document, test, and debug embedded C/C++ software applications for secure processing systems.
Develop new applications and maintain legacy codebases supporting mission-critical systems.
Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve software integration, testing, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, test, and deliver prototype and fully operational systems.
Analyze software requirements and develop solutions to address business and mission objectives.
Apply established software engineering standards, processes, procedures, and development tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot software issues, resolve program errors, and document solutions.
Ensure software products meet security, quality, and performance requirements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operating instructions, and development records.
Requirements:
Must already have an active security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong experience with Embedded C/C++ development.
Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with software debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with bare-metal programming.
Experience with hardware driver development.
Experience supporting secure, embedded, or mission-critical systems.
