Software Engineer
Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Cleveland, OH, 44136 / Dallas, TX, 75234 / Birmingham, AL, 35233 / Phoenix, AZ, 85016 / Lakewood, CO, 80215
Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remote to start. May be required to be 5 days on site in future or if converting to FTE.
Length of Assignment: 9 Months Contract to Hire role.
Pay Rate range: $55 to 70/hr. on W2 ONLY
Function of the Group: The team supports all facets of the actimize vendor product whether it may be database, operating system, optimization, other softwares. Initiatives/Projects: Migrating to new Elasticsearch. Upgrading the actimize software.
Industry background: Open to all backgrounds, Banking/Financial/Fraud a plus. -
Roles/Responsibilities:
Data Modeling " Cluster Management " Performance Tuning " Backup and Recovery: " Operations & Troubleshooting: " Supporting the upgrade pf Actimize software " Finding/Fizing data feeds coming out of Actimize if we are feeding data to another partner " Applying key SSH keys to Lunix Operating Systems " Sprint related items " We may give them something related to the platform for actimize whether it may be an upgrade, researching an incident or assisting with a query. Researching a defect that someone may have filed.
MUST HAVE SKILLS Required, 8 - 20 years of experience required:
1. Actimize,
2. Cassandra Query Language (CQL)
3. Cloud Experience (AWS/AZURE/GCP),
4. SQL skills like Oracle/Kafka,
5. Linux
