With rapid deal analysis firms can easily decide which deals are worth spending time on and then rapidly move forward on the best ones.We are a group of investors and engineers Ex-Tesla Goldman Sachs Vista Equity Partners McKinsey multitude of startups. Our founding team has been part of 4 successful acquisitions as early employees has over 20 total years of experience in M&A investing and have been previous founders. Our technical expertise stems from specialized industries such as AI robotics AI drug discovery and AI-driven ecommerce advertising.Keye is generating revenue and has grown 600 in the past 6 months and an oversubscribed seed funding round. We also have a long waitlist for early access users and were planning to release our beta to them in October. Youll play a key role on the team helping launch and ship features daily for users to test and provide feedback on.Role Overview As a Software Engineer you will get in on the ground floor as a core hire with opportunities to lead and execute Keyes vision. This is a unique opportunity to work across the entire stack-contributing to everything from front-end and back-end development to DevOps and machine learning. You will have the autonomy to own various features and be at the forefront of integrating the latest advancements in AI into our platform.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development Own and deliver AI-powered features end-to-end across with speed scalability and startup-level autonomy.Applied AI Systems Productionize and scale robust agent workflows for real-world data with fault tolerance and orchestration for high reliability if youve built customer facing technology with RAG Text-to-SQL or vector search before thats a plus.DevOps & Infrastructure Maintain CICD scale cloud infrastructure AWS Docker and ensure observabilitysecurity.Data Science & Backend Engineering Built robust data models and analysis workflows by integrating specific client requested analyses into our platform.Strategic Product Engineering Collaborate with CTOCPO on roadmap architecture and rapid iteration based on customer feedback.What you can expect to work onShip Launch a core product feature that uses AI agents end-to-end-design the DB schema build the backend API implement the frontend UI and deploy it to production.Analyze Launch a new analysis that a customer asked for with a quick turnaround.Harden Productionize at least one agent workflow with fault tolerance retry logic and monitoring to handle real investor data at scale without downtime.Integrate Upgrade CICD pipelines to enable quick deployments automated test runs and rollback safety.Optimize Improve ingestion pipelines to reliably handle files with unknown schemas and reduce processing latency by at least 30.Collaborate Partner with the CTOCPO in 2-3 customer feedback cycles to iterate on features and prioritize the roadmap.Qualifications4 years building and shipping full-stack applications in production.Strong portfolio or GitHub with examples of complex impactful projects share links in your application.Experience developing modern AI applications including AI agents and ideally past POCs with RAG or Text-to-SQL.Proficiency inBackend FastAPI PythonFrontend Next.jsDevOps CICD containerization serverless deploymentDatabases PostgreSQLData Warehouses & lakesMLAI Tools PyTorch Hugging Face LlamaIndex LangChainBonus skills monitoringlogging testing frameworks Pytest Jest data pipelines Dagster CICD CircleCI messagingqueues Celery Redis RabbitMQ Kubernetes.Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience with cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Passionate about staying up to date with the latest developments in AI and technology.Nice to HaveExperience working in the fintech sector.An advanced degree in Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence with a proven record of success in applying it career andor projectsExperience as a previous founder andor early stage employee at a technology companyWhy Join UsNovelty and Trailblazing We arent building another CRUD app or a GPT wrapper.
