The ideal candidate will have experience building full stack web applications - everything from back-ends to web front-ends. Your job is to figure out what tools are needed to make the organization even more productive, build them, deploy them, introduce them to the team, and then go build the next one. This role will be measured by how productive our entire organization is. You straddle the line between front-end and back-end development with advanced knowledge in multiple frameworks and languages such as Typescript, React, Golang and Python, to name a few.

Salary and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $201,000. Aurora's pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
