Roles and Responsibilities:
" Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
" Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
" Develop, manage, and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
" Create executive and operational dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
" Partner with fraud business teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
" Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
" Support data analysis and reporting initiatives to provide actionable business insights.
" Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and solution designs.
" Participate in solution testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities.
" Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
" Follow established governance, security, and development best practices.
