**Employer:  ** SelectHealth, Inc. **Job Title:  ** Software Engineer -- Staff II   **Degree Required:**   Master's degree or equivalent foreign education **Academic Discipline(s):**   Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or closely related field **Experience Required:  ** 2 years of experience **Alternate Occupations Accepted:  ** Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or closely related field   **OR** ** ** **Degree Required:**   Bachelor's degree or equivalent foreign education **Academic Discipline(s):**   Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or closely related field **Experience Required:  ** 5 years of post-degree progressive experience **Alternate Occupations Accepted:  ** Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or closely related field ** ** **Job Description:** - Analyzes, designs, and develops OpenText Exstream Applications using OpenText Exstream Design Manager to generate customer communication forms. - Configures and defines the OpenText Exstream Dialogue Product Suite, which develops forms, letters, and real-time business intelligence reports and completes solutions that streamline and automate customer communication forms. - Analyzes, designs, develops, integrates, and maintains Exstream applications to extract data from Facets database (Oracle) and integrate with OpenText Exstream integration service APIs. - Codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, and enhances existing programs to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs. - Communicates project status, direction, and user needs to other team members and development lead to promote an environment of user and team cooperation. - Assists with the software testing process through test validation and analysis. - Identifies and resolves software system operating problems in order to provide business continuity. - Contributes to the development of high-level system architecture documents and detailed design specifications to serve as a guide for system/application development. - Provides estimates for work required to be completed based on user requirements. - Maintains basic understanding of industry application development best practices, tools, programming languages, and techniques. - Keeps current with new software development in the information technology industry and contribute to the development and implementation of organizational and departmental standards and methodologies. - Utilizes a variety of software engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.   This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per week. Position may telecommute from home within a reasonable commuting distance of Murray, UT.   **Minimum Qualifications:** - Knowledge of OpenText Exstream design and development of applications. - Knowledge of working with Exstream Design Manager & Exstream Designer Tool. - Knowledge of OpenText Exstream Cloud Native version. - Knowledge of OpenText Communication Server Setup. - Knowledge of OpenText Comm Builder and Control Center Activities. - Knowledge of Python scripting, C#, .Net and SQL programming. - Knowledge of Empower applications setup and fulfillment batch processing. - Knowledge of the Job Schedulers, CI / CD Process.   Upon hire, all applicants will be subject to drug testing/screening and background checks.   Salary (Annual):          $152,402.00 -- $165,402.00   Work Location:           5381 S. Green Street, Murray, UT 84123. This is a hybrid position requiring in-person presence once per week. Position may telecommute from home within a reasonable commuting distance of Murray, UT.   Hours of work:            Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
