Position Details
- Location: Sunnyvale, CA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9/80 Schedule
- Duration: 12-Month Consultant Assignment
- Pay Rate:$132.02/hour
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test software using LabVIEW.
- Build data acquisition solutions for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Develop analytical tools, automated reporting, and performance metrics dashboards.
- Troubleshoot software issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Lead LabVIEW development efforts and mentor engineering teams.
- Create user guides, training materials, and programming standards.
- Collaborate on new and upgraded data acquisition system architectures.
- Support NI PXI platforms, PLC systems, and hardware/software integration.
- Program and support Allen-Bradley PLC ladder logic and communications protocols including EtherNet/IP and Modbus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing test software using LabVIEW.
- NI Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) certification.
- Experience with PLC ladder logic programming.
- Knowledge of EtherNet/IP and Modbus communication protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of LabVIEW development experience.
- NI Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) certification.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming.
- Background in automated testing, data acquisition systems, and test stand environments.
- Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers.
