We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Contract (9 months, with potential extension up to 1 year)

• Travel: Remote candidates must travel to OKC 1–2 times during the assignment

Summary: 

• Lead integration and analysis of supplier DO-178C artifacts

• Align supplier deliverables with AC 17-01 / MIL-HDBK-516C airworthiness documentation

• Support certification efforts for safety-critical systems

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Identify and resolve gaps between supplier data and certification requirements

• Onsite candidates preferred (OKC – Oklahoma City)

• Open to fully remote candidates based on experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred ABET-accredited) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field

• Typically 9+ years of relevant experience

  • OR Master’s degree with 7+ years

  • OR PhD with 4+ years

• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

• Experience with airworthiness certification (required)

• Experience with AC 17-01 and/or MIL-HDBK-516C processes (required)

• Strong background in DO-178C (software certification)

• Experience working on safety-critical systems

• Strong analytical and integration skills

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
