Join Flint Hills Resources (FHR), a Koch Inc. company, as a Software Engineer on our HIPE (Highly Immersive Plant Experience) team, FHR''s connected data platform for Operations. HIPE helps employees find, relate, visualize, and act on information from multiple enterprise systems through cross-application search, mobile-friendly experiences, workflow automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. In this role, you will build reliable full-stack software that turns fragmented data into intuitive experiences and helps transform how work is performed across FHR.
Our Team
FHR invests in employee growth and development. You will work alongside product, design, data, business, and engineering partners; gain experience with modern cloud, data, and AI technologies; and have opportunities to expand both your technical skills and understanding of FHR operations.
This role is located at our headquarters in Wichita, KS and offers a hybrid schedule, providing you with flexibility and work/life balance.
