We are seeking a highly accomplished Engineering Manager to help lead our next generation of digital transformation.
Position Summary
The Engineering Manager leads a team of software engineers responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable digital solutions that support Radwell International's global business operations.
This role oversees software engineering teams supporting enterprise platforms, eCommerce systems, internal applications, AI-enabled services, ERP integrations, and cloud-native technologies. The Engineering Manager will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, Data Engineering, DevOps, AI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions.
A key focus of this position is driving integration and innovation across ERP and Salesforce ecosystems while leading modernization efforts utilizing cloud-first architecture, microservices, event-driven systems, and artificial intelligence technologies.
This role also plays a critical leadership function in coordinating engineering initiatives across U.S.-based teams and the India Shared Services Center (ISSC).
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop multiple software engineering teams.
- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and delivery processes.
- Manage direct reports, supervisors, architects, developers, administrators, and automation engineers.
- Drive accountability, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize projects and align resources.
- Coordinate execution across internal teams, external partners, and shared service organizations.
Software Development & Architecture
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions across ERP, Salesforce, eCommerce, and integration platforms.
- Design scalable cloud-native applications utilizing modern architecture patterns.
- Oversee systems built with technologies including .NET/C#, React, Next.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, SQL Server, NoSQL databases, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, and microservices.
- Guide software architecture decisions and drive modernization initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality code through automation, peer review, testing, and continuous improvement.
AI & Innovation
- Lead the adoption and deployment of AI-assisted development tools and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop and implement AI Agents, LLM-powered workflows, and business process automation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to bring AI initiatives from concept to production with measurable business outcomes.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Support modernization of infrastructure through Azure, AWS, and cloud-native technologies.
- Drive adoption of Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Ensure systems meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
- Establish telemetry, monitoring, analytics, and operational KPIs.
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support release management, end-user training, and business adoption efforts.
- Ensure engineering solutions align with Radwell's growth strategy and customer experience objectives.
Required Qualifications
Leadership Experience
- 10 years of software development experience across on-premises and cloud environments.
- 5 years managing senior stakeholders, organizational change, and project scope.
- 5 years leading multiple engineering teams, external vendors, and consulting partners.
- Demonstrated success building high-performing technical teams.
Technical Expertise
- 10 years delivering software products using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Extensive experience with:
- C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
- JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js
- REST APIs and GraphQL
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB
- NoSQL databases and distributed systems
- Event-driven architecture and microservices
- Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, and messaging platforms
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Kubernetes and containerized deployments
- Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments
Enterprise Systems Experience
- Strong experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar) with Salesforce.
- Experience designing API-driven architectures and enterprise integration platforms.
- Knowledge of business processes supporting sales, purchasing, inventory management, accounting, and fulfillment operations.
AI & Automation Experience
- Proven success implementing AI initiatives with measurable business results.
- Hands-on experience with:
- OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM technologies
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent agent frameworks
- Vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, and pgvector
- AI workflow automation and intelligent business process optimization
- Experience incorporating AI into software delivery lifecycle processes.

- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, and AI-powered search solutions.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline required.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Specific benefit offerings are subject to plan eligibility requirements and may vary based on employment status and location.
Salary Range: $140,000 - $195,000 annually plus 10% annual bonus
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, technical expertise, leadership experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Radwell International is committed to pay equity and maintaining competitive compensation practices.
