We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to ensure smooth operations and support for our applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in application support or a similar position.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS, PowerBI / Tableau, or Oracle HCM.
• Knowledge of HR Service Delivery and HR Operations.
• Familiarity with Business Administration practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-related problems.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
