We are looking for an individual:
- With a software development background — who has built things before
- With strong experience with C#/.NET and SQL Server, or Java and similar relational databases
- With working knowledge of web application security best practices
- Familiar with database performance tuning and data governance concepts
- Comfortable using AI tooling to navigate unfamiliar codebases, implement fixes, and ship improvements
- Who can read code carefully, form hypotheses, and test their thinking before making changes
- Comfortable with ambiguity; doesn't need a step-by-step playbook
- Those who take ownership, communicate proactively when they hit a wall, and hold themselves to a high standard
