  • Drive technical decisions related to cloud platforms, application modernization, data management, integration patterns, and AI services.
  • Own product reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence, including incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and intelligent automation technologies to enhance legal operations and knowledge management.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage AI responsibly while maintaining governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead experimentation, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and legal technology solutions.
  • Own the reliability, supportability, security, scalability, and performance of Legal Technology products in production.
  • Manage vendor relationships, product upgrades, integration initiatives, and platform lifecycle activities.
  • Define operational KPIs, service-level objectives, and engineering metrics to ensure platform health and business value realization.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team of engineers while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Influence stakeholders and engineering teams to adopt modern engineering and AI best practices.

Functional Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation, and platform engineering.
