This is a visible engineering leadership role for Teradyne's Precision Electronics Calibration team. You will lead a team responsible for turning precision electronics capability into repeatable, production-ready measurement accuracy across digital, DC, and AC/RF measurement instruments used within automated test platforms. The work directly affects instrument performance, system uptime, manufacturing throughput, product quality, and customer confidence.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $199,600 - $319,400. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
