What You’ll Be Doing



  • Lead the end-to-end software implementation, from planning through go-live

  • Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and budget to ensure successful delivery

  • Coordinate between business teams, leadership, and external vendors

  • Oversee data migration, configuration, testing, and training

  • Drive change management and user adoption efforts



What You Bring



  • Experience leading software or ERP implementations

  • Strong project management background (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Experience with construction tools like Procore, Sage, or Viewpoint is a plus



Compensation



  • Base Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 + bonus
