Salary: 80K-105K
Background Profile:
Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering full customer software implementations, onboarding, or managing client-facing projects within a B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated success managing multiple implementations simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines
Maintain a live portfolio of 12 to 15 concurrent implementations
Must have strong project management and strong data analysis skills
Able to clearly demonstrate how AI tools are incorporated into daily work to improve efficiency, productivity, or quality
Strong Excel skills with experience using functions and working with large datasets
Skilled at collecting, organizing, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Confident facilitating customer meetings, implementation sessions, and software training for both virtual and onsite audiences
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build productive customer relationships
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, including working with tables and records strongly preferred.
Must be local to the Greater-Phoenix area and open to working on-site (West Phoenix) for the first 60 days, then M/W/F.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered, as no sponsorship is available
