Software Programmer, Mindlance Inc. (Union, NJ)
  1. Write, modify, and test code using J2EE technologies to implement software applications that meet functional and technical requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services to support application integration and data exchange.
  3. Implement messaging solutions using JMS and Kafka to enable reliable communication between distributed components.
  4. Create and optimize MongoDB queries and data models to support high-performance application features.
  5. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and code.
  6. Debug and troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective code changes.
  7. Maintain and enhance existing software systems by identifying areas for improvement and implementing code-level optimizations.
  8. Develop scripts and tools to automate software builds, deployments, and testing processes.
  9. Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  10. Monitor application performance and make code-level adjustments to improve efficiency and scalability.
  11. Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and version control practices.
  12. Document code functionality, logic, and system interactions to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study.
  • 3 years' experience in position offered or related position with similar duties.

Special Skills:
  • 3 years experience required with:
    • Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Maven, Junit5, Mockito, JavaScript, React JS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Rest API, SQL, MongoDB, Splunk, Service Now, Confluence, DevOps &CI/CDPipelines Experience with version control (Git), Gitlab, Git-hub and automated testing frameworks.
Where all such experience can be acquired concurrently.
Travel required to unanticipated client locations all over the United States

SALARY: $160,805/per year including benefits
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
