Software Solution Architect

Summary:

Location: Atlanta, GA / Dallas, TX

Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Define and govern target-state architecture across CXI platform, claims, G&A, and agentic AI/analytics tracks.
• Lead architecture reviews to align current-state findings, integration needs, and future-state recommendations.
• Develop cross-track integration patterns, API/data flow considerations, and modernization roadmap inputs.
• Identify architectural risks, dependencies, constraints, and governance decisions requiring company alignment.
• Translate discovery findings into pragmatic solution options and executive-ready recommendations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture.
• Healthcare domain experience is required, with healthcare payer, claims, member experience, G&A, audit, or regulatory workflow exposure preferred based on track assignment.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, integration patterns, APIs, cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, React, and Spring Boot is required for technical discovery, application assessment, and solution validation activities.
• TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect, or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Agentic framework development, AI, and machine learning solution patterns – minimum 3 years of experience.
