Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to support the modernization, enhancement, and ongoing support of large-scale business-critical applications within a highly regulated public-sector environment. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud-based solutions that support complex case management, operational workflows, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across architecture, development, integration, and deployment activities while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, security requirements, and long-term technology strategy. This position will play a key role in modernizing legacy platforms and guiding development teams through enterprise application initiatives utilizing cloud CRM technologies and integrated service platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and technical solution design for enterprise applications supporting operational and customer-facing workflows
  
• Conduct platform assessments and recommend optimization strategies based on industry best practices
  
• Participate in discovery, planning, and solution design sessions with technical and business stakeholders
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional development teams
  
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable system solutions
  
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate technical feasibility and business value
  
• Ensure secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) standards are followed throughout development and deployment activities
  
• Support high-availability enterprise applications and ensure operational continuity
  
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and regulatory requirements
  
• Coordinate integration efforts across internal systems, external partners, and hosted platforms
  
• Lead impact analysis and technical planning related to system enhancements and process changes
  
• Review and approve technical documentation, architecture deliverables, and implementation strategies
  
• Support Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, release planning, and deployment readiness
  
• Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues while providing guidance to technical teams
  
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and development standards
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in Agile software development environments
  
• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders
  
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and deployment strategies
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  
• Relevant cloud platform certification required
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud application platforms, SQL, Java, and web services development
  
• Strong experience with relational database development and performance tuning
  
• Experience with DevOps practices including automated builds, regression testing, and multi-environment deployments
  
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise system issues and lead technical teams
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations
  
• Database-related certifications
  
• Experience working within highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
