Job Title: Software Sr. Principal Engineer L3 Location: Raymond, OH Pay Range: What's the Job? Lead strategic activities to define future product competitiveness and technology feasibility. Oversee end-to-end planning, design, development, and testing of user-centric software systems and applications. Utilize full-stack development methodologies while ensuring cybersecurity compliance across projects. Manage large-scale projects, providing technical mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Contribute to delivering innovative, secure, and user-focused software solutions that meet organizational goals. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of experience in software development with proficiency in Java, Python, and C++. Experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a solid understanding of full-stack architecture. Knowledge of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL technologies.
