As a Software Test Analyst I, you work to ensure the quality and complience of our software solutions meet the expectations of our customers. You design and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct validation activities, and identify and report defects to ensure high-quality software. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:

- Authors and reviews test scripts
- Conducts manual testing (included construction of test data) and collects test evidence
- Collaborates with the product team on requirements elicitation to make sure requirements are complete
and testable
- Collaborates with quality assurance team to ensure teams compliance responsibilities are met (our
products are GxP and ISO compliant)
- Triages issues/defects, including support issues
- Works on a set of well-scoped activities under the direction of others
- Develops a strong understanding of applicable standards and policies
- Collaborates regularly with team members across job functions
- Develops a growth plan in collaboration with management, and makes continual progress against that
plan

Qualifications:

- No specific educational or experience requirements. Applicable proficiences to be evaluated during assessment process.
- This is an entry-level position generally appropriate for people with 0-2 years of experience in the software field.
