Bachelor's or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software Test or embedded system development.
• Strong knowledge of automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE) is a plus.
• Proficient with Test tools such as ETAS INCA, Vector CANape, or ATI Vision.
• Experience with communication protocols like CAN, LIN, or FlexRay.
• Familiarity with ECU software architecture and development environments.
• Solid programming skills in C/C++, Python, or MATLAB/Simulink.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Develop, implement, and optimize Test strategies for software-controlled systems (IPC, ICS, IVI, HVAC).
• Analyze system behavior through data logs, simulation tools, and testing to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.
• Conduct Test testing using tools such as CANape, or ETAS.
• Create and maintain Test documentation including Test plans, test cases, and Test reports.
• Support system validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for software performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and testing to ensure robust and reliable system performance.
• Use tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C/C++ for developing algorithms or automating Test tasks.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices in Test and embedded systems.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems, control algorithms, and Test of software for electronic control units (ECUs) used in automotive or industrial applications. This role involves optimizing system performance through data-driven Test processes and working cross-functionally with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams.
