Rate:<\/b> $45 -$75/hr on W2

This role requires a strong foundation in software testing methodologies, with a growing emphasis on test automation and modern testing practices. The ideal candidate will be a hands -on tester with experience in automation, scripting, and working within regulated environments, and someone who thrives in a team -oriented setting while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
<\/div>
• Collaborate with cross -functional teams including software developers, test engineers, and DevOps
<\/div>
• Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests and analyzing results
<\/div>
• Participate in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
<\/div>
• Provide knowledge sharing and mentoring to team members when needed
<\/div>
• Leverage AI tools (where applicable) to improve test efficiency, planning, and execution
<\/div>

<\/div>
Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in software testing/verification
<\/div>
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black -box, regression, integration, etc.)
<\/div>
• Hands -on experience with test automation
<\/div>
• Proficiency in at least one object -oriented programming/scripting language:
<\/div>
o Preferred: Python
<\/div>
o Others: C#, Java, C++
<\/div>
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., TestComplete, Playwright, Selenium)
<\/div>
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., medical device, telecom, or similar)
<\/div>
