We are seeking an experienced Software Testing Manager to lead our QA team in delivering high-quality products and services that meet established standards and customer expectations. In this role, you will drive quality assurance initiatives, optimize processes and mentor a high-performing team to achieve defined targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and enforce quality assurance policies, leading the QA team to set and achieve defined targets
Ensure all products and services meet established standards and customer expectations
Conduct comprehensive audits and assess existing processes for potential improvements
Improve product quality and process optimization
Manage people management and growth through mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment
Encourage continuous professional development to build a high-performing team
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in effective team management and successful project execution
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
Skills in analytical and problem-solving to identify issues and develop viable solutions
Demonstrated leadership skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Capability to manage, motivate and lead a team while ensuring productive interactions with various stakeholders
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
