Software V&V Lead

Mandatory Skills:

• Around 10 years of experience in Building instrumentation, SCA (Structural Coverage Analysis) build creation, and Coverage analysis
• Aerospace domain experience is mandatory
• DO-178B and Embedded C/C++ or Integration testing or Verification and Validation or embedded systems
• 6+ years of experience in RTRT tool usage for SCA activities
• Strong experience with Software Testing methodologies, including Black-box, White-box, and boundary value analysis.
• 6+ years strong experience with DO-178B/C standards and their application in software verification processes
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in avionics systems (e.g., C, Ada)
• Experience with software testing tools and frameworks for unit, integration SSIT and HSIT), and system-level testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of defects
• Strong documentation and communication skills to clearly articulate test results and findings
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)
• Experience in working within a regulated environment with a focus on safety-critical systems
• Experience in configuration and change management activities using tools like Synergy CM/Change, Polarion/SVN
