Mission:
Modernize and unify mission-critical applications by improving information architecture, streamlining user experiences, and translating complex operational requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable interface solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
Audit legacy applications to identify usability gaps, friction points, and opportunities for interface consolidation. Conduct UX analysis, user research, and usability testing with cleared personnel to develop intuitive user flows and wireframes. Establish and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards in Figma to ensure consistency across applications. Design and develop responsive, user-focused web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React and Angular. Ensure all designs and interfaces meet Section 508 accessibility standards.
