Description
Our door-to-door sales team, and we're looking for outgoing, confident people who love talking to people — not closing them. As an Appointment Setter, your job is simple: knock, start a conversation, and set a sit-down. We handle the close.
How you get paid:
- $100 for every qualified sit-down you set (you can even refer your friends/personal network)
- $1,500–$2,000 when that appointment turns into a closed deal
- Weekly pay, uncapped earning potential — the more doors, the more you make
What makes this different:
- We don't send you door-knocking blind. We target areas with high utility bills or homeowners who've already shown interest in solar — so you're talking to people who actually want this conversation.
- Full training provided. No solar or sales background required — just a strong personality and a willingness to learn.
- Clear path to grow into closing or partnerships roles on the rep team.

- Outgoing, easy to talk to, comfortable approaching strangers
- Confident, coachable, and consistent — shows up every day
- Looking for real income, not just a side gig
