The Role
As a Solar Appointment Setter, your responsibility is simple and critical:
Start conversations. Set qualified appointments. Execute daily.
You will:
- Speak with homeowners and identify interest in solar
- Qualify prospects using a proven script
- Set appointments for senior closers
- Track activity and results in our CRM
- Attend daily team meetings and training
This is not remote and not passive income. This is field sales.
Compensation
- Performance-based pay (paid per completed appointment)
- Weekly pay
- Bonuses for volume and consistency
- Clear promotion path to Closer, Team Lead, or Market Director
Top performers are paid based on output — not seniority.
Training & Support
- Structured onboarding and scripting
- Daily coaching and accountability
- Ride-alongs and field support
- Clear KPIs so you always know where you stand
