Harvest Solar is looking for motivated, full-time canvassers to join our growing team. This is a high-opportunity, commission-only role ideal for individuals with door-to-door experience who thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
We're not looking for just anyone were looking for outgoing, gritty, and self-starting sales professionals who know how to build trust at the door and close conversations with confidence.
Go door-to-door in assigned territories, generating leads and setting appointments with homeowners
Educate homeowners on rising utility rates and the benefits of switching to solar
Use your personality and pitch to spark interest, build rapport, and hand off warm leads to the closing team
Log interactions and feedback to help refine sales strategy
What Were Looking For
D2D experience strongly preferred solar experience is a huge plus, but not required
Strong communication & people skills, Spanish fluency can be an advantage
Valid drivers license + reliable transportation
Self-motivated, high-energy, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed to hit goals
Passion for clean energy and helping others save money
