Solar Electrician Opportunities - All Experience Levels Welcome
We’re growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team installing residential and commercial solar energy systems throughout the Adirondack region.
Positions are available for every experience level, from brand-new helpers entering the trades for the first time to skilled, experienced foremen ready to lead crews and mentor others.

ADK Solar is intentionally small by design. We believe exceptional work comes from experienced people who care deeply about craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing things the right way the first time.
Our team works on some of the most unique and rewarding energy projects in the Adirondacks. One week that may mean installing a rooftop system on a family home, and the next it may mean designing and building a sophisticated off-grid power system for a remote great camp accessible only by mountain roads or waterways. Our portfolio includes everything from residential rooftop installations to some of the largest and most technically demanding off-grid systems in the region.
We are not a volume installer chasing the next job. We take pride in clean conduit runs, thoughtful equipment layouts, organized job sites, and installations that look as good twenty years from now as they do on the day they are commissioned. Our clients often include homeowners, business owners, and property owners making significant investments in homes, camps, businesses, and legacy properties, and they expect a level of professionalism and workmanship that reflects those investments.
Most importantly, this is our home too. We live here, raise our families here, and have built our business here. We plan to continue serving the Adirondack community for many years to come. Unlike companies that enter a market, install systems, and move on, we intend to be here for the long haul, answering the phone, standing behind our work, and supporting our customers for decades after their systems are installed.
